What is Happy Hours? Happy Hours is an electronic board where people can trace their time and path of journey in the Mumbai Local Trains. The board records the path and indicates the number of people who are traveling through that same path at that time. In this way it serves as an indicator of the probability of you meeting a gay fellowman while traveling to work or back. This service is currently under construction and will be up in a short time.
